ICT Lessons with Ms Baiya

Dear 3D,

Today, we had our first ICT lesson with Miss Baiya.

Miss Baiya taught you how to log into the computer and McOnline.

- Login password to windows: EDP2014n1
- McOnline address is www.lead.com.sg
- McOnline Username is your Birth Cert number

It would be good if you can remember your birth cert number for the subsequent lessons.

Next week, you will be taking a slide each to work on.

Pay close attention and have fun!

Maths Heuristics Lesson 2

Dear 3D,

Today, we will be learning about Comparison Models.

Video 1
Video 2

Take note that you will need to use comparison models when you read words like 'more than', 'less than', 'fewer than', greater than'.

Everything else about model drawings is still the same - drawing the bars, labelling, drawing the arrows, writing the values and writing the question mark.

After drawing the model, write the number statement(s).

Then do the working at the side neatly.

Then write the answer with the unit.

Here are 2 Examples:

Cyberwellness Survey for Parents and Pupils

Dear 3D Pupils and Parents,

The Cyberwellness (CW) team has created surveys for both pupils and parents.

Objective of the surveys:
- To identify areas of concerns with regards to CW implementation in EDP
- To assist the CW team in improving CW programmes

We would greatly appreciate it if all parents and pupils can do the survey.

The pupils' survey can be found on McOnline.

Here is the link to the parents' survey.

Please try to complete all surveys by 3 February.

Your help is much appreciated.
